Please Note: The Pop Art Flat is in a transitioning neighborhood that's a melting pot of young professionals and longtime residents. Many of those longtime residents don’t have the means to update their homes, whereas new residents are buying with the intent to improve. I personally lived here for a year, parked my Wrangler directly across the street and walked my dog throughout a 3-4 block radius. If you require a street with perfectly manicured lawns and picturesque ambiance this unfortunately isn’t it— but we are working on that with our neighborhood volunteer group . If you are seeking a place that is QUIET, convenient (by car) to many areas of Pittsburgh and nearby conveniences such as a grocery store, gym, liquor store 3 min away —a movie theater/higher end shopping 10 minutes away AND affordable, this might be the place for you! We’ve spent a lot of time designing and executing a fun vision for the space. A variety of people have stayed with us and enjoyed their time here. Please take a moment to browse the reviews.
